What makes you a great tennant?: I have all the right yeses and noes: Yes to quietude, stability, neighborliness, self-sufficiency, reliable income, and excellent references; no to drugs (incl. tobacco), psychodrama, and pets (but I enjoy and get on well with them). I maintain a simple, low-impact lifestyle and value good communication skills. If helpful, I can offer responsible, protective presence in a landlord’s absence.
Short Story: I’ve lived in PT for 17+ years and have appreciated the diversity of friends, neighbors, acquaintances, community, and visitors. I don’t maintain high visibility, but rather prefer to live a quiet life of service and Buddhist practice.
