What makes you a great tennant?: I am a quiet person by nature, well, mannered I have also never missed a rent payment or being late with the rent payment.
Short Story: I have been living and working in Port Townsend for a number of years. I really like this area, this is my home. I need to find a new place to live. It doesn’t have to be a big place. I don’t need a lot of room. I’m a quiet person and I keep to myself I’m very respectable and I make a very good tenant. Although I do not make a lot of money, I have a stable income. Just to let you know I am using my sister‘s email address. I am old-school and I have very limited knowledge with computers but I understand in order for me to find a new place to live. I have to use technology.
