Short Story: Greetings! I moved to PT over 10 years ago to ease the urgency and stress of urban life. I’ve lived in the same PT ADU for over 9 years. Unfortunately my landlords intend to sell and I’ll have to move (date is flexible). I am a stable and reliable tenant with excellent references and rental history. I carry rental insurance. My nature is quiet, clam and uncluttered with my home environment reflecting these qualities. I am a cheerful, helpful neighbor. I am an active volunteer with many PT organization and a member of the Olympic Peninsula Timebank.
I am looking for an affordable, long-term rental (600 sf minimum) with plenty of natural light, a full kitchen, closets/storage space. W/D in unit or on-site. Easy access to the outdoors via door, deck, patio. Room for a small garden a plus.I enjoy wildlife, hiking, walking and sharing time with friends. I use eco-friendly, fragrance free products . I do not smoke, use drugs or alcohol, or have a pet (though I love dogs!). I look forward to hearing from you.
